BI Norwegian Business School has a proud history, and in 2018 it is the 75th anniversary.
From what started as an evening school in 1943 under the direction of our founder Finn Øien, to what has evolved into Norway’s largest business school and one of Europe’s largest education institutions.
One of the reasons for BI’s development is it’s continuous ability to innovate. In many ways, the modern BI is a result, possibly, of a number of mergers that occurred in the 1990s.
In recent years, BI has concentrated the professional resources in order to be able to grow as a higher ranked business school.
BI also holds the three most important international accreditations a business school can have and makes it even better at Financial Times.
